Centre Muraz is a national research institution for health and a part of the Institute of Public Health in Burkina Faso, located in Bobo-Dioulasso. The ambition of MURAZ Center is to become a regional center of excellence and innovation in research, training and expertise in the public health service. Its mission is to contribute, mainly Burkina Faso, to prevention, diagnosis and control of communicable and noncommunicable diseases through the promotion and implementation of health research, training and expertise in medical biology, science human and public health.
Centre Muraz is in charge of the implementation of the PROMISE EPI study and has participated in all PROMISE studies except PROMISE TB.
